The Success Coach supports the mission of Next Step to Success by serving as a positive role model, mentor, and non-traditional educator for the youth in our program. Success Coaches build meaningful relationships with young people while providing mentorship, leadership, transportation, and guidance in a supportive and engaging environment. Through daily interaction and intentional programming, Success Coaches help youth strengthen character, build confidence and resilience, develop healthy habits, and work toward their individual goals and future success.

• Education & Experience – Minimum Qualifications:
  Associate degree or a minimum of three years of experience working with children or adolescents.
• Must be comfortable and able to safely operate a 15-passenger van.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must meet Next Step to Success-approved safe-driver criteria.
